The dried pasta is darker in appearance but cooks lighter in colour and lighter in taste, much kinder on the digestive system. Our pasta is processed by specialty pasta processors in Victoria and South Australia, both are committed to the high standards required by their certifying bodies. The lightly sifted flour used in processing pasta has the coarsest brans removed still producing a highly nutritious food. Spelt is recognised as being higher in protein than conventional wheats.
