    Basmati rice has a mild nutty flavour. It is often used with Indian cuisine and works particularly well with curry’s and coconut flavours. It is a delicious and healthy alternative to white rice as a side dish, steamed along with dahls or currys, in salads, as a fried rice, in pilafs, stir-frys or even desserts.
