How to use
Organic coconut sugar is produced from the fragrant, sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms of the green coconut tree. It has a delicious toffee-like flavour and can be substituted for other sugars 1:1 in baking.
Growing and Processing
This certified organic coconut sugar is produced from the fragrant, sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms of the green coconut tree. Farmers climb the coconut palms to collect the nectar. After collection, the nectar is boiled and solidified before being granulated.
