This finely milled organic cane sugar is ideal to make icing for cakes, biscuits, shortbread and desserts. A small amount of tapioca starch (3%) is added as a flowing agent. With a delectable mellow toffee flavour this icing sugar is a great baking ingredient to stock in the pantry.
