Growing & Processing
Indigenous to Australia, grown in Northern NSW and QLD, the macadamia nut tree is a small to large evergreen tree 2-12m tall. The fruit is very hard which contains one or two seeds which are then cracked open to show the nuts once sufficient moisture has gone. These macadamia nuts are raw so they have not gone through any heat treatment or roasting. No insecticides or pesticides were used during the growing process and no preservatives or additives were used during the processing of the nuts.
