Choc Coated Almonds are certified organic, soy free. We are proud to use certified organic almonds grown in Australia by Yunis, a family owned farm in the Northern Adelaide Plains and Riverland regions. Yunis almonds are premium grade and rich in protein and minerals. Their farming practices ensure protection of their family and respect for the environment, while also focusing on the health of their fellow man. Roasted almonds, coated in couverture, fair-trade milk chocolate, these treats are a tasty, crunch sensation. Sustainably and ethically made - free from palm oil, GMO’s and anything artificial.

The glazing agent used on our Organic Chocolate Coated Range is called Capol® 4802 – Organic. It is made up of the following ingredients:
- Gum Arabic
Although this glazing agent does include honey, the glazing agent on these products makes up 0.5% of the total ingredients used. It is derived from beeswax, sugar, honey and gum Arabic (from the acacia tree) – supplier confirmed that this Capol they use is vegetarian. There is NO SHELLAC in our glazing agent.
