We are proud to use certified organic macadamias that are farmed here in Australia by Wodonga Park in Queensland. Their macadamias are grown using biodynamical practices, incorporating natural fertilisers and remedies ensuring no harmful chemicals have been used in the process.
Australian macadamias are considered to be the world’s finest due to their amazing taste, great texture and health benefits.
Coated in couverture milk chocolate, these treats are a creamy and decadent taste sensation.
Sustainably and ethically made - free from palm oil, GMO’s and anything artificial.

The glazing agent used on our Organic Chocolate Coated Range is called Capol® 4802 – Organic. It is made up of the following ingredients:
- Gum Arabic
Although this glazing agent does include honey, the glazing agent on these products makes up 0.5% of the total ingredients used.
It is derived from beeswax, sugar, honey and gum Arabic (from the acacia tree) – supplier confirmed that this Capol they use is vegetarian.
There is NO SHELLAC in our glazing agent.
