White Chocolate Macadamias are made using quality, fair-trade, organic couverture chocolate & premium organic ingredients. They are certified organic, with no genetically engineered ingredients, including soy lecithin.

    (in order of amount of ingredients): *Milk Chocolate (65%) (*Rapadura Whole Cane Sugar, *Cristallino Cane Sugar, *Cocoa Butter, *Whole Milk Powder, *Cocoa Mass, *Soya Lecithin, *Vanilla Bean Powder), *Macadamia Nuts (35%), *glazing agent. 


    The glazing agent used on our Organic Chocolate Coated Range is called Capol® 4802 – Organic.  It is made up of the following ingredients:

    -          Gum Arabic

    -          Sucrose 

    -          Honey

    -          Ethanol

    -          Water

    Although this glazing agent does include honey, the glazing agent on these products makes up 0.5% of the total ingredients used. 

    It is derived from beeswax, sugar, honey and gum Arabic (from the acacia tree) – supplier confirmed that this Capol they use is vegetarian.

    There is NO SHELLAC in our glazing agent.
